How it works
Our freelance model—also known as a “rent a room” model—gives you much more than just a treatment space. As a Sans Soucis Freelance Therapist, you’ll operate your own business within our spa location. Our model combines the independence of owning your practice with the strength and support of an industry-leading brand.
We provide the systems, tools, and marketing infrastructure you need to succeed, all while allowing you the independence to run your own wellness business under the Sans Soucis brand. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your business without the financial risks of starting from scratch.
Who We’re Looking For:
Starting Out: New wellness massage therapist professionals looking to establish themselves with the freedom of running their own practice. No need to worry about upfront costs—just bring your passion and skills.
Established Practitioners: Experienced therapists or wellness practitioners who want to focus on their craft without the hassle of running the full operations of a business. You bring your expertise, we provide the platform.
Therapist Experts: Whether you’re a wellness therapist, facialist, podiatrist, nail technician, lash technician, laser hair removal expert, clinical aesthetician, holistic therapist, massage therapist, reflexologist, acupuncturist, reiki practitioner, sports therapist, physiotherapist, beauty therapist or similar, we’re looking for skilled professionals ready to grow their businesses with our support.
What You'll Do:
Operate Your Business
Expand Your Client Base
Provide treatments and services from your new dedicated Sans Soucis treatment room that comes equipped with a treatment bed.
Attract clients through Sans Soucis's established audience, including our robust marketing strategies, digital presence, and loyal customer base.
Focus on Excellence
Grow Your Business
Build a thriving massage business under the Sans Soucis brand, with access to our resources, tools, platform and community to support your success.
Deliver exceptional client experiences through high-quality, personalised treatments. Maintain Sans Soucis's professional standards in your practice.
Skills & Attributes:
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong client service and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage your time and business independently
- Passionate about wellness and health
- Experience in a wellness or beauty field is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism
